I started doing fitness a couple of years ago — at first I just wanted to get in shape, but then I got hooked. Now I train 5–6 times a week: strength training, cardio, and sometimes stretching or yoga for recovery. The best part is seeing progress. Not just in the mirror, but in how I feel — like when I lift a weight that once seemed impossible, or run 10 kilometers without stopping.

Turn offs:

You know what really irritates me? Laziness and empty excuses. When a person says they want to change something but doesn't take a single step - I don't understand it. I respect efforts, even small ones, but I don't like it when people give up early.
