Yoga — My Morning Ritual I wake up before dawn, unroll my mat by the open window, and lose myself in my practice. I love gentle vinyasa flows, the tree pose for balance, and savasana to the sound of birds singing. Yoga has taught me to listen to my body and start the day in harmony.

Dance — Freedom in Movement When I have the house to myself, I turn on Latin or Indian music and just dance. No rules, no judgments—I just move however I feel in the moment. Sometimes I record short videos for my friends and family—they say it fills them with energy!
