About me:
Hi! I’m a girl who’s crazy about making homemade fruit leather. Blending fresh strawberries, mangoes, or apples into a smooth puree, spreading it thin on a baking sheet, and letting it dry slowly in the oven—peeling off the chewy, sweet leather feels like winning a tiny snack prize. I pack them in little bags for hikes or school lunches. I can’t stand when the puree is too thick and doesn’t dry evenly; now I always spread it with a spatula to get the right thickness!
